Who will lead the workshop?

Facilitating the event will be Peter Arnstein and Hugh Corcoran. Both are based in Charleston and have many years of Wall Street investment banking and capital markets sales and trading career experience between them.

Peter is Managing Partner of Dynamic Leadership Development, a training, facilitation and coaching firm focused on developing leaders in professional services enterprises. Peter’s practice is built upon his career of over 30 years in strategic financial advisory, capital formation, and principal investing experience.

 

As an investment banker, Peter cultivated client relationships at Lehman Brothers and PaineWebber (now UBS) in New York, at First Union (now Wells Fargo) in Charlotte, North Carolina and at Mesirow Financial in Chicago. He was co-head of the mezzanine investment group at GATX Capital, making investments in industrial, consumer and service companies.

 

Peter earned a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his certification as an Executive Coach from University of California Berkeley Executive Education and the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.

Hugh is the owner of Wild Blue Ropes Adventure Park in Charleston. WBR offers opportunities for personal challenge and to conquer perceived limitations.

 

Hugh enjoyed a successful career spanning over 20 years on Wall Street that included positions as Head of Whole Loan Securitization and Trading and Head of US Mortgage and Asset-backed Trading and Sales at UBS Securities in New York.

 

Hugh graduated with a BSM in Finance from Tulane University and was an offensive lineman on the varsity football team.
